Attendees and exhibitors who use the above website to reserve their room in our block will be entered into a drawing to receive an upgrade to a suite.
For call-in reservations please include the following:

- Provide the reservations agent with the group code M12259 at MGM Grand at Foxwoods.
Provide the group name “LBM Expo 2011” to the reservations agent.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
1. Each room reservation for the LBM Expo requires a deposit for 1 nights room and tax ($169.50).
2. Deposit(s) must be paid by credit card.
3. Credit card deposits will be charged within 5 business days of submitting a housing request.
4. All deposits will appear on the hotel room account upon check in.
5. Credit card deposit charges cannot be changed to a different credit card after the initial charge has been processed.
6. Reservations will not be confirmed until a valid deposit has been processed.
7. A confirmation letter will be sent upon deposit completion.
8. Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of the deposit and the cancellation of the room for the remainder of the stay.
9. You may cancel your reservation at no charge until 4:00pm, Monday, December 27, 2010.
10. Deposit(s) will be non-refundable for cancellations made after 4:00 PM (Eastern Daylight Time), Monday, December 27, 2010.
