This session will include an overview of FMCSA, coverage of key definitions and FMCSA websites along with a review of basic requirements (driver files, drug testing, registration, and vehicle maintenance).

This two session course covers the introduction to residential home building products, and components. Foundation materials, insulation, framing, windows, and doors, interior/exterior finish materials, trim, and hardware.

During this session requirements for drivers will be covered including qualification files, annual reviews, medical certifications, DOT drug and alcohol testing, and driver counseling/remedial actions.

In this four session course, attendees will learn to read blueprints, drawings, floorplans, elevations, sections, and details to create a materials take-off. Measurements, formulas, symbols, abbreviations, and architectural scale are also covered.

The third session in the series will cover operational regulations including hours of service rules, time cards, paper log, electronic logs, and common violations of operational regulations.
